Unfortunately my uniform specifies 5.11

Does anybody have any insight on the differences 5.11 Job Shirt vs the Utility Job Shirt? Or preferences between the two and why?

Hey everyone, I had an interview for a volunteer agency about a week and a half ago now. We have had some trouble communicating, but I was wondering if anyone had any thoughts for when/if I should follow up? Thanks for all your thoughts!
