What are we loading that we shouldn't?

I've been guilty of loading a picture and it is gynormous. I'm a repeat offender. Are there other things the mods wish we'd lay off besides huge files and links we haven't actually tried? (Moving GIF's maybe?).

I was actually curious about how they feel about file uploads. I see the forum allows "bmp doc gif jpe jpeg jpg mp3 pdf png ppt pptx psd txt zip" extensions, so I assume those are OK. But lets say I wanted to share a video, or an algorithm made in Visio. Is it ok for me to upload them to, say, mediafire.com, then link the download here?

I know you all want my viruses and stuffs.
