Zoll X-series issues

i did a search on here and did not find anything relevant, so i will start a new thread and ask if you dont mind....

Our service has had the Zoll X-series for several months now, we seem to be having an issue with syncing the monitor to our ESO program(epcr). Every now and then we get a parsing error on the computer, when we try to sync vitals and ecg. Anyone else out there with the X-series having any issues with their monitors?

We've had some issues, but never that specific issue. Most of our problems are with 12 lead acquisition and leads not registering. We did have a few issues early on with pairing with Bluetooth to transmit 12 leads, but that was found to be operator error stemming from poor training.
