Would you work for this company?

I used to work for a company similar(thankfully my checks didn't bounce or else we'd be having some words), on one day, I had one rig die, and another that wouldn't start, and we also didn't carry any AED's on the rigs., The owner kept them locked in the office for fear that an employee would steal them.

Ambuserve will not be much better. I know a few people who work there and had a lot of bad things to say. I know jobs are scarce in SoCal but there are so many companies and not very many good ones, just keep looking.
