Before I post the story I know there is going to be a bunch of :censored::censored::censored::censored: said about race being a factor like always especially by the way KFSM made this story sound. This came from my general area of the state here in Arkansas and it is somewhat related to EMS.

On the morning of Thursday, March 6th, Adriana Torres-Flores was placed in a temporary holding cell at the Washington County Courthouse. She was left there until Monday morning.
The Washington County judge and sheriff say it was an accident: a simple failure to follow procedure. They add: leaving someone locked in a tiny cell with no food, water, or restroom facilities for four days is a mistake that won't be quickly forgotten.
A slamming door and jangling keys were probably the last sound 38-year-old Adriana Torres-Flores heard before she spent four days, alone, locked in a cell at the Washington County Courthouse.
