I'm in Atlantic Canada which is GMT- 4hrs standard time. GMT- 3hrs when on Daylight saving time. (NS, NB, PEI. Nfld is GMT-3.5) I usually don't get to look at EMTLIFE until about 10pm local time.

P.S. By the way your timezone map is off for me, but it is a crooked timezone border. So you are excused.
