What is the starting wage for an AMR ventura paramedic?

Does anyone know what the starting wage for an arm venture paramedic? I am curious? I tried looking on glassdoor, but I couldn't get a straight answer.

A buddy of mine got an offer of 15.19 if memory serves. This was like a month ago when he got in. Not sure if that was the 24hr rate or 12 hr rate or if that was only his orientation rate and then get a different amount once he starts is FTO shifts.
