Are you asking about understanding the ACLS treatment algorithms or ECG interp?

For ACLS itself, I usually go to the "ACLS for Experienced Providers" book.

For ACLS just get the AHA ACLS book. For EKS, get either Dubins Rapid interpretation of EKGs or Walravens Basic Arrhythmias.
