West Texas Protocols?

Mother-in-law is leaning on me to move back towards El Paso in the not-so-long term, which has me wondering how the West Texas EMS scene is looking.

Does anyone have a copy of El Paso Fire's protocols? I've found most of the rest of what I was looking for online, but EPFD's medical treatment must be secretive.

That's 'farther west texas' or 'the land texas and new mexico both deny exists'
I'm about 200 miles from El Paso actually, both in ABQ and where I'm working :p

I'll ask my old instructor if he has a copy. And I think one of my medic school classmates is a hosemonkey for them. I'm sure I can get a copy
