Volunteer EMT

Any one know of any companies in the Bay Area that you can volunteer as an EMT? I know Rock Medicine does concerts and football games, but I was just wondering if there are any companies that will let you volunteer your time. I'm 19 with my EMT-B certification and having trouble finding a job even with some IFT companies due to the age limit for insurance purposes. Please let me know. Thank you for your time.

Only place I can think of is Silicon Valley ambulance, they will let you volunteer for ride alongs. But if they have a school ride along, they get first dibs on it since they got a contract with their schools. I don't know what else to tell you besides that, age does limit you from working in an ambulance company because most or not all require you to be 21 and above, but still try to put in your application for company's that doesn't require them.
