I'm about to start their medic program in a week & a half, and I was wondering if there was any body on here that has been through their program and can offer any advice on what to expect, what to study ahead of time, and just generally what the program is like. I'm getting down to crunch time & want to be legitimately prepared for the program. I'd also love any tips/pointers from anybody willing to share their advice/experiences with me from anywhere!
Just a little background info on me:
-Started in EMS @ 18 doing ift's for various private companies in LA/OC
-worked a 1 & 1 rig also doing the ALS ift's in LA
-Started working for a 911 company doing all fire calls
-Have taken ACLS,PALS,EKG,Pharm & Medic prep
