I recently purchase the Ucapit 5 inventory control machine with the lockers and Im having the issue where the lockers do not register who goes in or out of a particular locker. The machine itself works great but the lockers do not register the info I need in the software. Tech support have not been helpful at all. If anyone is familiar with the machine and can give me some pointers I would appreciate it.
