I was on my way home from work and jamming out at the red light when I see a guy come zooming up from behind me. "Look at that :censored::censored::censored::censored::censored::censored::censored: I bet he's going to run the light" and sure enough he does. Right behind him another car comes up and I see a black male leaning out the side of the car next to me, close enough that we can high five, and he has a gun in his hand.
He let's loose about 10-15 rounds over the roof and hood of my car into the other car and drives ahead still firing into the other car. The victim merges onto the interstate and the assailant keeps driving forward away.
I immediately called the cops and checked on the people at the bust stop the guy was shooting through. The people at the bus stop were not hurt. I waited about twenty minutes for the cops and left. I called crime stoppers and told them everything I could remember because I started remembering things I couldn't immediately after.
Still in shock. I saw the car after I got on the interstate filled with holes and empty. The news said the people in the car all died. An infant and his father. The child was still in the car seat. I feel terrible. I know I did the right thing but I feel like I should have followed the victim and helped them but I know logically I did the right thing.
The scene is never safe guys. Always be prepared.
