Good morning everyone. I am curious if anyone has done any recent employment testing with Mission Ambulance? (Riverside County) I applied there 3 days ago, received a welcome letter for testing 2 days ago and yesterday they called me to tell me what to study for as it is basically all new protocol stuff. There is about 200 pages of the protocol (sections 3000 - 6000) that we are supposed to study up on....My question... if anyone out there in EMTLife has recently tested there and if I could get some pointers on what I should mainly be looking over.....Thanks to anyone in advance that can help me out...

Ehh basic stuff. Nothing special. It's the same as any other EMT test. Protocols can be summed up in 1 sentence. If initial assessment requires ALS, ensure they're in route.

He told me that I am among the third group and NO ONE in either of the first two groups passed due to the fact they didn't study up on the new protocols... I am sure the testing won't cover everything.... so just curious as to what areas were the most important

I have my testing day in a couple of days as well. He too mentioned to read up on the new protocols. I followed the link but i don't think its 200 pages... unless we clicked on the wrong link.
