Anyone already done missions with them? I registered with them after Sandy, but have yet to sign on to a team. There is training next month in North East PA, I am gonna attend that and learn more about how they operate.

I'm a member in Western PA as well. I have not done any missions with them and all the trainings and get togethers have been on the other side of the state thus far, so I don't really have any experiences to speak of.

From what I've read and been told, the majority of domestic missions are geared around gutting houses and cleaning debris. Their medical missions are all OCONUS
