Hi,
Haven't been here in a while..

Have a question..In looking at an ambulance call record I saw a symbol of what looked like an X or + within a circle...What does that mean?

Thank you. I was reading where the report mentioned lividity and it had that symbol next to it.

How soon after death does the body show morbid lividity?:unsure:

Some of us use a circled "X" to indicate "times" versus the letter "x". We tend to use a circled "+" to indicate "positive".

My coworker says "Pizza for four". As bad as I am!

20 minutes to 3 hours after death and is congealed in the capillaries in 4 to 5 hours. Maximum lividity occurs within 6-12 hours. The blood pools into the interstitial tissues of the body.
