Depends on how long you've been expired.

i let my registry run out. we all have to take the registry test to get our license here but it means nothing here...because TN recognizes EMT-IV and registry doesnt. i let mine run out and just kept my state license...i'm going to medic school next year...if i make it through that i will be registry again..i might decide to keep it then..

If your National Registry runs out but your State License / Certification doesn't then you "should" still be fine with the state.... Call your State EMS Office to be sure.

To be a registered Basic in Wi, you have to have your NR. :sad:

Then your state is like us,if your NREMT has expired then your state license is no good.Contact the nremt to find out what you'll have to do to get re-registered with them and then get with the state after you've gotten your NR back.
