I passed my written the first time and all practical stations first time except static cardio. I thought I did well on my third attempt but failed. My instructor said he would get back to me on what happens next. Do I have to retake all my practicals? Do I need to retake my class?

You'll only have to retake the failed station on your retest.

So, you failed it twice at the first Practical exam? Then you went to another site and failed it again? Not sure what happens when that happens.

From the link that MedicBender posted, it sounds like you will have to do some remedial training and provide proof of that before you can retest.

I think that since you failed it on your original attempt, as well as your two retests that that counts as one full attempt. You will now have to redo all stations after remedial training for you second attempt.

Ah there ya go, I missed the part that you retested.

If you've tested and failed the static station 3 times, that counts as 3 attempts. You now need to get remedial training (the students in my class that failed did it individually with the teacher) then you will have to retake all the practical stations.
