State of Michigan EMT Final Written Exam

Does anyone know the minimum percentage you need to pass the State of Michigan Final Written Exam for EMT-B?
 
because I got a 79% in my class and they said I failed. I thought the state says you have to get above a 70%.
 
sclome, a lot of schools are says you have to pass class with an 80% average, then you're eligible to take whatever certifying exam you need to take.
 
The grade you need to pass the program is set by the school, not the state. Lansing Community College requires 81% or higher, where another competing program requires only a 71%.

As for the test, Michigan uses the National Registry for their testing.

Check the program documents that were given to you at the beginning of your program. They should tell you what you need to know. The program that I went through (not LCC) you had to have an 80%+ to even sit for the final.

Shouldn't they tell you at some orientation or at least paperwork?
