Where I work, you either need your EMT-B or CNA. Then they train you to their protocols. I wish you luck, this job can be challenging. Keep your head together and stay on top of things. Show them what you got. Try not to be to cocky, this doesn't go over well. Especially with the seasoned and lifers in the hospital. Always be willing to help and learn. Be polite and ask questions. Make sure when you don't know something, admit it. Then ask questions and learn. It takes time, maintain your confidence and hold your head high. Each day will be a new challenge. Go for it!!!
