Well, if you are going to start a service with 2 basics and 2 medics, provide IFT service to a trauma center 1.5 hrs away, and have a response time commitment with the local mine, I bet it would never work. Are both your EMTs and medics gonna work 24/7? If not, one call from the mine when your crew is in the middle of an IFT call to the trauma center and you can kiss your mine contract goodbye. Take your staffing estimate and at least triple it.
