South Carolina EVOC?

Hey everyone. I'm in persuit of my EMTB but landed an interview with a transport company in my area, and I will probably need an EVOC (emergency vehicle operation certiifcation). I can't find any places that have them, so I was wondering if anyone familiar with the Charleston or even Columbia SC area knows of a place. Thanks!!
 
Usually they will get EVOC certified. There's not really a place to get certified. It's part of your company orientation

What part of the state are you looking. What companies have you applied with?
 
Ok. Try charleston county Ems. They hire basic.
 
Thanks. I'm currently getting my basic out of the way though. I'm just trying to find a relevant job with a company that I can grow with yknow?
 
Oh ok. Stay with IFT for a year or so. It will give you a good foundation do you assessments on every pt u come in contact with. Learn learn learn and then learn some more
 
Well I'm not so sure I got the job. Bummer, but maybe there is another company that needs an EMT-in-training/future medic!
