Its cali and they are already using them all to hold pot plants.

Many services probably never replace them until they just have to trash them.

I'm basically looking for light strong trays as wide and long as an ambulance litter and not over eighteen inches tall. Maybe I could chemically weld milk crates or U.S. Mail tubs....

A couple of the old folding Ferno-Washington trampoline litters wold be good too.
