Shooting at early morning fire

Firefighters were getting control of the burning vacant home, when someone fired three shots. The bullets hit two photographers and a firefighter's air tank. The fire is suspicious, and so are investigators.

"Did someone set this fire in an attempt to draw police and fire out there and perpetrate another crime on them?" said Sgt. Paul Thompson, IMPD.

this would not be the first time. There have been several cases of EMS and Fire being "ambushed".

Sounds like the assailant was more interested in hitting the photographers than the firemen.

Just a teene bit. I've only had a couple run ins on the scene in the last five years, but nothing that would amount nearly to a shooting.
