Death wipes or soap and water. You're not going to sanitize them.
Soap and water to do an initial clean, then bleach. It'll kill anything. The pressure cooker is an option.If any of you have a pressure canner/cooker capable of 15 psi, you have an autoclave.
Or you can just soak it in bleach. That'll kill anything.
