Do you think that all 'overseas' countries are as uneducated as China in prehospital care?

If you go to Israel you'll be in good company if there is an emergency of this type. They have a huge number of citizens trained as EMTs. Every citizen has been in the military, which includes emergency medical training. You won't have people slinging you over their shoulder. I think you'd be much better cared for in Israel than in the United States.

Israel is also where a lot of our medical technology comes from. I was amazed to read about that in an article that a friend of mine shared in fb a few months ago. He made Aliyah 2 1/2 years ago with his family. I have learned a lot from him since then about their medical system. Going there in 2 years. Will get to learn even more then.

I lived there from 1999 to 2001 and visit at least every year or two. I have always been impressed with the EMS response there. I happened upon accidents from time to time and the citizens sprang into action. It was quite a thing to behold!
 
I didn't complete the video... it was quite disturbing.
