Rural versus urban (yes again!)

In my experience, on-base medical and fire services are a total joke. They lack experience, and while they train a lot, they aren't all that sharp.

So then that should be corrected.

Let them rotate to civilian services.

I am aware that AMRY Medic trainees rotate to NYC area trauma ER centers.

How do you folks cover your outbacks (or "outstates" as we called them in Nebraska)?
