Rural/Metro-Pacheco

I'm a new EMT that just got called in for an interview with Rural/Metro. I applied for the Pacheco division, but my interview is in Milpitas. Can any one tell me what to expect? It will be my first interview. I know there is a lot of threads already about this company, but I've noticed many of them are back in 2013 or early 2014. Just wanted to make a new one incase anything has changed.
