Im looking to start applying to Riverside Co. ambulance companies, I know AMR starts pay somewhere around 12/hr. I was curious to know if the smaller IFT companies in Riverside Co. are comparable in pay. I also have 2 plus years experience and I am an FTO at my current OC based company, will that get me a pay bump at all?
