Rescue choppers in a spin

Do you have this issue with you choppers?
Seems a little lame to me, like the Wellington service doesn't want the other companies on their turf, but I maybe reading that wrong!!

What?! Am I the only one that finds this completely ridiculous? I'm not sure that the Wellington service is the root of the problem. They may not be actively opposing it, but I don't think they're pleading with the CAA to step in or anything. Yes, we should be striving for more safety. Always. But making a move like this is almost like saying type I ambulances can't pull directly into the bay.
