Replacement Card

I was wondering if anybody knew how I would go about replacing my EMT card for the State of NJ. I sent it through the wash by mistake, and NJ cards are only paper.

Contact the NJ office of EMS or look on their website if they issued it?

I'd contact your state DOH or whoever administrates EMS in your state. Or even try your agency director.

Then get your new card hot laminated.

I just got my card today and tried to laminate it and it got wrinkled and singed I will be calling.
