Not exactly Reno...But San Francisco. Didja guys hear about the SF cops that was fired for some videos they made?

Apparenly, videos 4, 5, & 6 are the ones that are getting them in the most trouble.

What do you think, do they deserve to be fired over the videos?

Perhaps running over the homeless person took it a bit far, but they were meant to be parodies for the Christmas party.

Yea, I heard this story in the news. Its a bit ridiculous...a bunch of officers made a comedic video for themselves and no one else for some party, and the get fired over it??

One of the officers refused to apologize because it was to raise morale and provide some humor on their job...anyone see anything wrong in it?? No doubt, the media will blow it out of proportion, turn it political (This event is clearly the reason SF cant solve any crimes http://www.sfgate.com/cgi-bin/article.cgi?f=/c/a/2002/05/19/MN20982.DTL), calling for an "overhaul" when the same people will make jokes of the same sort at their jobs with their close friends...

Clearly, the jokes we make directly correlates with how good we are at our jobs...

Dark day indeed!!! This whole incident shows exactly how pathetic our society is becoming. I can see these knee jerkers being angry if this was an every day occurence, on the street, in front of the public they protect and serve.

BTW, has anyone else veiwed the movie Crash??
