If I am going to have two EMT state licenses (New York and California) and I need to renew them at the same time. Could I take the 24 hours EMT refreshener course in California to renew both California and New York EMT License OR I need to take one 24 hour class in California and another 24 hour class in New York to renew both of my license. OR maintaining my NREMT License would save all the time? Thanks.

1 refresher should do........... but you should check with the states to make sure it is an approved course.
I do ceus from different states/countries that count for the areas I am licensed in...i just make sure they transfer before doing them.

If you choose to take an online refresher, be mindful of which states have a limit on online education and which do not. Otherwise, shouldn't be an issue.
An online refresher will not typically work for the NR because they cut you off at a rather low number of online hours (the number escapes me).
