Recert Help Please (California)

Wait, your certs have not been expired long enough to transfer???
 
That's what one person said, and they were apparently very wrong. I'm back in California now and went to the Placer EMS office and all I need to recert is CE, skills, livescan, & BLS. No NREMT and certainly not my license "being expired longer". -_-
 
The only time you would need your NR is when you go past 24 months. Then it's like a new cert
