I am writing a report on the treatment of a patient we went to, for the course I'm doing.

The case was basically an elderly person falling (mechanical). We checked him out, cleaned/dressed his abrasions and gave him a life home.

The treatment was good but relatively short, so I'm struggling for words here. Any ideas on how I could do in-depth about our rationale for treating this patient?

Many thanks,
Sam

Make sure you cover all the assessment points. Things you checked. Things you ruled out. His mental status. Why you determined that his fall was simply mechanical and not indicative of any medical issues.
