I'm an EMT-b in Portland, Oregon but will soon be expiring. I was wondering if anyone had any information on where to find refresher training hours in the Portland area to stay certified. Obviously anything cheap or free would be nice. If anyone has any insight, I would appreciate it. Thanks!
