Props to NREMT!!

So on 2-17 I took and passed my CBT for my NREMT recert. On 3-3, I sent in my competency form from my physician medical director.

And YESTERDAY I got my new card in the mail!!!

I am completely and utterly shocked. I have been involved with NREMT from basic thru medic and I have NEVER seen a recert come so timely. 2 years ago, my medic recert spent 3 weeks in their mail room and 3 more in limbo.

So if any NREMT folks are reading, major props!!!

I have to agree with you. I put in my con-ed, submitted my application, my affiliation medical director approved it, and I'll likely get my card this week.

It took a total of two days from submitting the application to re-certification approval. Best of all, no running around like a chicken with my head cut off trying to get signatures.

I'm loving this new online NREMT thing.
