private medical standby/support in colorado

Does anyone know of any private companies that provide medical standby or support for events like marathons, adventure races, bike races etc. in colorado? I think it would be fun to do, even if it was just volunteer based.
Im sorry if this is a repeat but i used the search and could not find anything.

A friend who is an EMT works for Event Medical Specialists. They just do events and he has done film shoots, mountain bike races, marathons etc. I don't think they hire emts or medics without experience. They have quite a few technical rescue people too, so if you have any wilderness training that's a plus I think.

AMR and Rural Metro do standbys to, but then you'd have to work for... AMR and R/M...

Yeah that def. sounds like AMR realm. I know one state over...Utah uses Gold Cross (AMR equivalent in Utah) for most of their big event needs. Unless its at a college then they have college EMTs respond.....and then call 911. lol
 
A company called Amphibious Medics hires EMTs as contractors for a lot of adventure race type events here in Colorado and nationwide. ALS is usually provided by local EMS crews.
