I'm a recently certified EMT. I had an interview with one company and they said once I pass the Pre Employment exam I would be hired. What should I expect?
You have to tell us more about where you are-- what company you're talking about before we can give you a sense of what to expect. Pre-Employment screenings range from lift and physical agility tests, written exams that often mirror state or class finals, practical testing, board interviews with supervisors or a medical director, scenario exams, etc.
Ultimately, the best way to find out more about your company's policies is to ASK, not post on a semi-anonymous internet forum...
just like what the person above me said.. ask the company.. i have applied at many companies and their pre employment test are all different from each other..
