Hey guys!

so I had interviews with an agency (if you are from the area you know what one Im probably talking about) I interviewed with Clark County and Multnomah county. Both liked me, although I was put on the hiring wait list. Has anyone had experience with this?

Why don't you just say AMR? You aren't being sneaky or fooling anyone.

Multnomah and Clark (probably AMR in general) don't always immediately hire people, and they don't always throw the list of top applicants away if they do. You're on the list of potential hires; if and when they decide to bring people on, you might get a call.

You just need to wait. Hence the name "wait list."
