Patient assessment order

Hello all I have a question that I have been pondering while studying for the nremt b computer based exam. During the exam do we assume all trauma and medical patients go by the order on the nremt skill sheets or how they are written in my brady text? For example in my brady text for a non significant MOI it has the steps "Perform focused phsical exam on injury, take vitals, get history opqrst and sample. This is quite different from the skill sheets so which should I go off of?

For the NREMT exams, always go by the skill sheet.
