Can XOpenex inhaler cause Parkison's symptoms?

Wrong section, but welcome.

I would guess no? It's a bronchodilator via beta 2 stimulation. Would you count nervousness/tremors as parkinsonian-like symptoms?

Whoops... you posted your question in the "questions section". I'll shut up...

Moved to appropriate forum.

The only drugs I know of that cause Parkinson's like syndromes are the first generation type anti-psychotics. Like was said above, the inhaler can cause nervousness and tremors, but thats about it.

Drugs that cause EPS (extrapyramidal Symptoms) can mimic Parkinson's as Daedalus mentioned. Phenothiazines such as Haldol and Promethazine (Phenergan) can cause EPS along with a bunch of others.

I seen an 8 y/o male who recently took a new ADHD med who presented with EPS... benedryl took care of it.

If you are experiencing what you perceive to be side effects from any medication, you need to discuss this with your physician. You can read the side effects on the packaging or at the Xopenex website but again it is best to consult your physician.

Seconding Vent and adding.

Some varieties of so-called "designer drugs", as well as trash lysergics from poorly made LSD or trash from making any LSD, can cause a Parkinsonian type condition. My understanding is that strychnine can mimic it somewhat.
DO see a doctor, talk to a doctor, call a pharmacist.

ADDENDUM: see this for PArkinson's-like syndromes:

DING DING DING DING!!! You have won the prize! It sounded to me like an extrapyamidal reaction...most likely.
