Paramedic Student Looking for Field Time

I'm considering going to Atlanta, GA to ride with Grady EMS and hope for a job after my field time there. I was looking for some advice and insight into this system. I worked in WA as a lead EMT at a really busy aggressive system doing ALS calls so I am used to the fast pace. I want a place that has great preceptors with the possibility of pursuing employment. Also wondering what they pay there in Atlanta for a starting medic? Other options are Denver Health and Albuquerque somewhere. I can pretty much go anywhere I want, just looking for suggestions. Anything is helpful!

I was originally interested in Grady... but SSM, low morale from the employees I talked to and no RSI were all reasons I decided to look elsewhere.

They do run some nice rigs and ATL is one of my favorite cities.

I looked up Grady's protocols and they can RSI but its online medical control. Any other suggestions than for a place to ride? Was looking into New Orleans or possibly Fort Collins area as well.
