Paramedic job in So CA with a private agency?

I'm considered a rural medic with open protocols employed with a private company in Oregon and Washington. I love my job but my wife can't handle the weather. We're looking to relocate to the lower half of CA. Does anyone have any thoughts they would like to share? Agency suggestions, scope of practice details, salary ranges,... any tips would be most helpful. Thanks :unsure:

"Scope of practice" and "California" don't mix... especially apparently in the LA area.



If you want good weather AND good protocols, look at the coastal area of Texas.
