PARAMEDIC BOOKS "current"

I am looking for Paramedic textbooks. I would want them to be fairly current without outdated procedures.

To be quite honest I don't know what's out there but I have the McGraw Hill paramedic book and it doesn't have much more than my I/99 textbook has.
