Trooper who responded with card says festivities are actually next week -- the birthday girl, 92, was confused.
WESTLAND -- For the first time in his 13-year law enforcement career, State Trooper Rocco Daversa responded Sunday to an "out of control" birthday party at American House, a senior living home in Westland.
A resident at the home, whom police identified as Geraldine, called this morning, worried a celebration thrown for her 92nd birthday might get out of hand.
