Hello everyone, i have a question about other companies current onboarding process. Does your current employer offer anything during your new hire orientation as a welcome packet/kit, ems shirt or treats, any ideas that are cost effective that may bring a smile to any new hires. need ideas.

We got a water bottle, pens, a few other small things during orientation. Get with whoever does your PR supplies, if you do that, and see what you can get in bulk for a decent price.
