On Site Jobs for EMT-B (Bay Area)

Hello,
I recently got my EMT-B license (passed course and got my certification), I am now looking for a job or an internship position. Do you know of any on site internships or Jobs available for EMT-B?

I prefer jobs/internships in either Clinics or Hospitals or Shelters?

All the ones I know of actually require experience, which you'd usually get on an ambulance. Jobs in hospitals (IE ED tech) usually require extensive experience and additional ekg or phlebotomy certs. Look into rockmed for volunteer work.
