Greetings all,
I was a EMT-B (State Registered) back in the early and mid 90s. Was a volunteer, and just didn't have the time to keep going with it. So here I am, 40 something and taking the Basic course again. Several things have changed.
My question is more specific though. My instructor will be giving us our practicals and is certified apparently to issue a pass/fail to the National Registry. Then we only have to take the written exam.
Is this the norm now? Or is this unique?
