Dang.....sorry I miised this! I love BBQ. Actually the best place anywhere around me is in Branson. It is a little place called Dana's.

I have eaten BBQ all over and theirs is the best I have had. During the summer there will be a line 30-40 people deep that stays that way from open to close. People from all over the US say "Every time we are in Branson, we have to eat at Dana's".

I think that if you throw in a free BBQ lunch, you'd have people lining up frmomall over the country for your class.
